Some people believe that stress is a great motivator for entrepreneurs to get things done. When it starts to affect your body, do you still agree?

The more you put yourself out there, the more you may feel uncomfortable in your own skin. You may start comparing yourself to others and guess what - all of that anxiety, uneasiness, stress, etc can get trapped in your body. 

🎙️In today's episode,  we are going to talk being comfortable in your own skin. We are going to demonstrate how you can start adding more calm and positivity by journeying through a  guided Mindful Body Scan Meditation.
