Many times when you think about how to find a happy place you run around finding the not so happy place. Let’s unpack that. We are going to take a pause and learn how to turn that unhappy place into a happy place. 


If we can't learn how to cultivate some ounce of peace, joy or calm in the midst of the storm, we are done for. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT, We don't have to take on every negative thing that we observe.
